Good blobbin', everybody! The kaiju Hollywood bad boys Martin, Brandon and Luke had on special internet friend and artist pal Greg G. (you can find them on Bluesky at @yuzupool.bsky.social) to talk about one of their favorite horror movie remakes, which is the Blob 1988. A very silly and fun episode with highlights that include lots of Ed, Edd n Eddy hyper violence, cool facts about Tony Gardner and seeing anime cat girls at too young of an age.
Troll? Again? No, it's a different Troll movie that the Kaiju Hollywood bad boys are talking about with special guest and comic artist Jeph Jacques. This is that Norwegian epic monster film directed by Roar Uthaug in 2022 titled Troll and not that American Troll film from the 80s or the CGI Trolls movie from 2016 or the film we actually reviewed before titled TrollHunter. There's too many dang movies titled Troll! Anyways, fun ep.
It's another great 'zooky! The Kaiju Hollywood bad boys Luke, Martin and Brandon got back special guest Madeline Esterhammer-Fic to gab about the cult classic precocious child film Matilda and talk some serious Danny Devito. Highlights include (other than a lot of Devito talk) the power of hatred, Rhea Perlman killing it and how much Roald Dahl's beliefs sucked.
What a Podzooky! We had on special guest Quips & Guac from the magical land of Magic/EDH deck building (follow them on YouTube, their videos are fantastic!) to talk about the horror movie classic Phantasm with the Kaiju Hollywood bad boys Martin, Luke and Brandon. Highlights include orb talk, nudity in the 70s and what if the Tall Man had to ball?
I'ma Computa! We're doing an entire Podzooky episode on the history, cultural impact and rankings of the legendary Fensler Film G.I. Joe PSAs after special guest Jake Avorio pitched this amazing idea to the Kaiju Hollywood Badboys Martin, Brandon and Luke. You would be surprised at how much there is to talk about with these gems. Highlights include a list of cool orphans, Israeli fighter jets, Tom of Finland being mentioned and Finding out the Bus Ryda song is real, specifically that it's Fun Time Deh Ya by Night Rider. Who wants a body massage?
Lock up and get into formation, Zookeepers. This week the Hollywood Kaiju Bad Boys Martin, Luke and Brandon are joined by Kevin Podas, comedian and co-host of the fantastic podcast Thought Cops, to watch the truly horrid and slow turd of a movie that was Varan the Unbelievable. We start off the podcast discussing anything but the movie to eventually end up talking about the Nutty Professor 3, Pre vs Post 9/11 movies and finally calling Aaron Klopfer on the phone to ask him some very personal questions. Also make sure to check out https://thoughtcopspodcast.com/ if you haven't already
